The Administrative Territorial Unit in Cluj-Napoca aims – by implementing this project – to create and develop a business support structure that will lead to progress in the SME sector, especially in companies operating in the field of creative industries – a potential source of economic growth.

One of the medium-term objectives will be the development of sustainable and profitable joint partnerships with stakeholders in the academic, institutional and private fields (especially SMEs) in the North-Western Development Region.

The centre will develop as a business support structure based on two components of activity:

• Providing incubation services for start-ups operating in the field of creative industries
• Providing services and facilities for hosted mature companies.
