INFORMATION NOTICE ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

According to Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals regarding personal data processing and the free movement of such data, modified and supplemented and to Law no. 506/2004 on personal data processing and protection of privacy in the electronic communication sector, the Regional Centre of excellence for Creative Industries (CREIC) is required to manage safely and only for specified purposes the personal data provided to us.

In this respect, CREIC was registered with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (NSAFPDP), in the register of personal data processing under no. ________.

The purpose of data collection is conducting activities within projects funded by OPHDR.

You are not obliged to provide the data, which is necessary for the proper development of project activities. Your refusal determines your exclusion from the project’s target group and thus, it hinders you from benefitting from the services provided by the project to the members of the target group.

The registered information is intended to be used by the operator is conveyed only to the following recipients: The Managing Authority For the Sectorial Operational Programme Human Resources Development (MASOPHDR), The Regional Operational Organisms for OPHDR - as financier and to project partners.

According to Law no. 677/2001, you have the right to access and intervention upon the data, the right not to be subject to individual decision-taking and the right to go to court. For the prosecution of these rights, you may submit a written, dated and signed application to the Regional Centre of Excellence for Creative Industries, Cluj-Napoca.
